So, where does everyone here go to get their paleontology news?
I don't always keep track of which journals publish what, so I'm not sure what journals to pay attention to in particular.
I usually just look up dinosaur or theropod on Google News, or Google Scholar. Of course, I also try to stay up to date on a few blogs, like Mark Witton's. But surely, there has to be a better way.

Thank you so much for 100 watchers!
I really appreciate all the support!
Just a disclaimer about some of my reconstructions
Due to the toxicity I've seen towards other paleoartists, not just here on Deviantart but also Twitter and Facebook (which I no longer use), I feel like I need to make a journal with a disclaimer about some of my reconstructions...
In a perfect world this wouldn't be necessary. But I feel like I need to explain myself anyway. I'm well aware that some of the integumental choices: i.e. skin structures, etc, are pretty wild.
Why do I choose to draw such outrageous subjects, at times? Do I really think this is how the animal looked when it was alive? (I'm mostly talking about the very bottom Australovenator in my "The Faces of Australovenator"
New PC
Hi everyone,
I do apologize for the lack of new art, as I haven't been too motivated to create new paleoart lately.
The good news is that I have a new PC now which is much faster, and as soon as I get my programs back on it, I'll be back in business. :)
Goodbye, gallery
So I've deleted all but one thing in my gallery, and left two things in scraps, because they're the only (sort of) worthwhile things in my gallery.
I was told by someone that paleoart doesn't matter because it isn't science. So maybe I should just give up and never draw again. Nobody will miss my shit art, anyway.

I've found in recent years that Twitter is a fantastic place to keep up with science news. There is a thriving behavior genetics/intelligence research community there where I get a lot of news from that field faster than anywhere else, and there is also a great number of paleontologists and paleoartists who post new info and tidbits, new papers, and links to blog articles and news. I don't recall you using Twitter, but it might be worth starting just for that reason. There are a ton of people you know/know of on there, like Darren Naish, Tom Holtz, Habib, Cau, Headden, Hone, and many others, including Alb below. In fact, I made a list of paleo/bird people that I think you can view publicly here: twitter.com/eawilloughby/lists…
